Shipping Policy
Every order at ANORA PETS ships free — no shipping fee and no minimum spend, anywhere in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during peak periods or because of carrier delays outside our control.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Delivery problems
If your order hasn't arrived or tracking appears stuck, email us at support@anorapets.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost orders are replaced or refunded in full — see our Returns & Refunds page.
