How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days; delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free shipping on every order, no minimum spend.
What if my item arrives damaged or it's the wrong item?
You have 30 days from delivery to send us a photo or short video at support@anorapets.com and we'll send a free replacement or refund you — your choice.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
