ANORA PETS currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping options and any charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders need time to be prepared before they are handed to a carrier. Processing and delivery times vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in order updates is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weekends, holidays, high demand, and carrier delays may add time.

We will send tracking information when your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Address accuracy and help

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once processing starts. If your order is delayed, tracking appears incorrect, or you need help, email support@anorapets.com with your order number or use our contact form.
